Ibrahim Kuranga AYINLA, is a Lecturer I in the Department of Industrial Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin with more than 8 years of university teaching, research, and administrative experience.

He has served as student’s Level adviser and in various Departmental and Faculty committees. His areas of research interest cover Analytical Chemistry, Mineral Processing and Treatment using Pyro-hydrometallurgy and Extraction of metal from secondary sources via hydrometallurgy.

He has to his credit over thirty publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings and chapters in books. He has successfully supervised several undergraduate projects.

Dr. Ayinla is a member of professional bodies within and outside Nigeria such as American Chemical Society (ACS) and Materials Science and Technology society of Nigeria (MSN), Chemical Society of Nigerian (CSN), and Science Association of Nigeria (SAN).
