Mercy Oluwaseyi BAMIGBOYE is a Reader in the Department of Industrial Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin, with more than a decade of university teaching, research and administrative experience.

She has served as Departmental Examination Officer and currently the Postgraduate coordinator of the department. She is serving as Treasurer, Chemical Society of Nigeria, Kwara Chapter. Her area of specialization covers Synthesis, Characterization and Biological studies of metal drug complexes and Nanochemistry. She has more than forty publications covering journals, edited conference proceedings and chapters in books in recognized Local, National and International Journals. She has supervised several undergraduate projects and Master’s Thesis and currently supervising Ph.D students.

Dr. Bamigboye is a member of Material Science and Technology Society of Nigeria (MSN), American Chemical Society of Nigeria (ACS), Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN) and Nigerian Society of Experimental Biology (NISEB).
